How do we quote and work?
We look at the system first. For a repair, a technician checks the equipment and tells you what is wrong. For a replacement, we look at the home, the ducts, the electrical supply and the place where the equipment goes. Then we write the quote down with the scope clearly listed.
You decide what happens next. If a repair makes sense, we say so. If a replacement is the more sensible choice, we explain why and show you both options. We aim to keep the work area tidy and to test the system before we leave. If a city permit is required, we tell you how it will be handled.
